I've made the original version of LCL in the past and wanted to try this variation tonight. Important note: i put the juice of 1 1/2 lemons because I thought the 2 that Melissa had was way too much. Ends up even that was too much. I think she just held two lemons in her hands, but added the juice of just one of them (like in the original recipe).
