I went to physical therapy for this. you pecs are tight, back is weak. start in a doorway. do 3 sets 15 seconds each with arms up. that's called I position. then do H with arms out hands up like a "H". add any other pec stretch to that. next grab a bench. lay flat on belly. use 1 or 2 pound weights. put arms out and do reverse Flys. you could use bands standing also. the point is to engage your weak back muscles. this is from a therapist I paid 1 thousand to learn each step. it works. the pec minor is doing most the pulling of the shoulders in. that will help

Try to strengthen your back. Do seated rows at the gym, and reverse delt flys. Pilates and yoga will also help. Search rounded shoulder stretches and do those. ☺️

Here is an image that shows what could cause rounded shoulders. Look for exercises to correct Upper Cross Syndrome. Exercises that stretch the tight muscles & strengthens the weak muscles.
