They love petroleum products because it keeps the bugs off. They are drawn to it naturally. We even put diesel in corn to catch wild hogs. They love it.

this is called tack. it's pretty much liquid tar. WD40 will get it off of the skin without an issue. then bathe pig in dawn soap. you are welcome.
