1 WEEK TODAY until my brand new cookbook 20-Minute Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers is out 🎉🎉 And it’s packed full of quick, easy, low calorie meals like these gorgeous spicy chicken sliders💕honestly though this is one of my favourites from the new book, juicy bites of chicken, melty  mozzarella with a gorgeous buffalo kick 🤭 There’s still time to pre order if you haven’t already (through my bio) in the meantime if you fancy giving them a go ⬇️  Ingredients (serves 4):  400g cubed chicken breast  Tsp smoked paprika  Tsp garlic granules  ½ tsp onion granules  Tsp dried oregano  4 brioche buns  4 mozzarella cheese slices (25g weight each) 20g light butter  50ml buffalo sauce  Tbsp hot water Tsp chopped garlic  A couple sprigs of parsley chopped 💕Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius and heat a large frying pan over medium to high heat.  💕Add the chicken to a bowl, then season with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion granules and oregano. Rub the seasonings in thoroughly before transferring to the pan. Fry for 7-8 minutes until cooked through.  💕Whilst the chicken cooks, slice the brioche buns in half. Toast each bottom bun until lightly golden. Transfer to a baking tray and then top with the cheese slices 💕Once the chicken has cooked, add in 10g of the butter until melted and then pour in the buffalo sauce and water mix well.  💕Remove from heat and top the bottom buns with the chicken. Add the top bun and place in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.  💕Whilst the sliders are in the oven, in a microwavable safe bowl, add the remaining 10g butter and the chopped garlic. Blast for 10-15 seconds until the butter has melted. Mix together with a spoon.  💕Remove the sliders from the oven. Brush over the garlic butter and scatter over the fresh parsley.
