I love homemade pizza night 🥰 3/4 cup warm water 110 degrees F 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp sugar Let it sit for 10 minutes In a mixing bowl, combine: 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp salt Yeast mixture Knead for 8-10 minutes Add to a greased bowl and cover for 1 hour After 1 hour, carefully stretch the dough, starting in the center and working your way out. Add the floured dough onto a pizza peel (or parchment paper) Add toppings of choice. I did: Pizza sauce Shredded mozzarella Hot Italian sausage Pepperoni Sliced jalapeño Add to a 500 degree preheated pizza stone for 10-12 minutes A few notes: -If you don’t have a stand mixer, combine ingredients using a wooden spatula and then knead by hand -You want to let the dough rest in a warm area. If your house is cold, turn the oven on for 3 minutes, then turn it off and let it rest there -If you don’t have a pizza stone, you can use a stainless steel baking sheet or a cast iron pan The written recipe for the dough is also on my ReciMe! #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #recipes #pizzadough #pizza
