That is not true. yes, it might have current going through it. But resistor might not be Creating enough resistance, a capacitor might not be holding the right amount of voltage, a diode might be stuck open. So it's just going to let current go through. All these are gonna read green until you put a multimeter to them to actually test it. Then, you just wasted your money on this stupid thing. this thing's only good.If the actual component you are testing is absolutely dead.
