For everyone confused, All bodies are different. Some females have skin that can be pulled back on their Clitoris. Some do not. The ones who do not have a tight skin that cannot be retracted. If you have that do not forcibly pull on it.

if you don't regularly check and clear any build up it can become so bad that it is painful to remove and your skin (hood) can become stuck. it's like a pearly white buildup around your clit. it shouldn't smell, but it will cause you discomfort for sure. I didn't have parents to teach me this but it was something I figured out. you can think you're cleaning thoroughly but if you don't know you don't know!
