I am one of those, but how long is really safe to be on a prophylactic antibiotic? I am currently taking kelfex and using estrogen cream along with d-mannose and a cranberry supplement.

I’m in France and I asked my doctor for vaginal estrogen and she said No, I said why? She said you’re through the menopause. She didn’t even know what a Mirena coil was which I had done in the UK. 😭 Can’t change doctor, we only have 1 in the area.
