For people confused - in your personal life you can absolutely say and use “Get your pink back”. You cannot use a trademarked phrase for commercial use & to earn an income.

I just checked your trademark and it only covers “get your pink back” in clothing and household materials. Bags are not included. I’d recommend adding that to your copyright bc it says your bag line is Flock n Roll.

There is more than one other creator who has been capitalizing off this phrase… if you have a trademark you should really be having lawyers protect your IP, otherwise you may lose your ability to do so.
