How does this actually work? I love thermal water, but I’m wondering about the other products. Preservatives like phenoxyethanol are usually added to prevent bacterial growth - wouldn’t they kill off any beneficial bacteria too? Most formulas I’ve seen use prebiotics instead of live bacteria for this reason. Can you explain how the good bacteria survive in this product?
