![Kappo Yakiniku Omakase in Sydney! 😍 Izy.AKI (Paddington) is an omakase restaurant from chef Darren Templeman with a 6-course or 10-course set menu, and the ingredients and dishes regularly change depending on the seasonal produce! However it’s not a traditional sushi omakase, and instead, it has a modern twist on traditional Japanese ingredients. The presentation, flavours and creativity that goes into each dish is truly amazing and also so impressive that they’re only a team of 3 (Darren, Aurelien and Bonnie)! 💯👏🏻 I also love how intimate the dining experience is, where you can watch them cook and prepare all of the food, chat to the team and Darren explains each course to you too.
