Kefir bar. First attempt at a viral recipe. 😉👇🏻 I finally tried this viral light frozen snack recipe, the base of which usually varies between different fermented milk products, such as kefir or yogurt. In my version, the legendary DVARO kefir became the basis of the snack, whose great taste and consistency probably need no introduction. First, we grind the kefir with a blender with a handful of berries, our favorite natural sweetener (maple syrup / honey), a little nut cream for a thicker consistency. This is the base of our “bar”. And what next? According to your imagination or the contents of the refrigerator: - fruits and/or berries - nut cream - seeds / nuts - granola I tried it for the first time, so next time I would use the kefir freezing technique that I saw on @Amelija ‘s IG. We freeze a packet of kefir, thaw it and strain it through a thick cloth. Then we get a thick kefir mass - this would be the perfect consistency for this snack. Will you try it?
