For those confuse, they wore baju kurung because there’s a wedding events on that same mall. The mall have a hall that can be rent to host events like wedding and more. They probably attending a wedding events and after that walk around the mall. We wore baju kurung and cara melayu during formal events, and for work. Usually female wore baju kurung for work while male don’t and wore smart work attire. Hope this helps clear the confusion.
