legendairymilk actually has a chart of how often you should pump to increase, maintain or wean based on your biggest pump in 24hrs/breast capacity and that was a game changer for me. helped me a lot w the anxiety of losing supply, not producing enough or not being able to pump. i now direct feed and only pump during her overnight stretch and stash is stashinggggggg beautifully

so former lactation consultant here. you might want to not mix your milk because your milk does different things at different times of feedings. nighttime milk makes baby sleepy. daytime milk keeps them awake longer. if you feed daytime milk at night you're gonna have an awake baby....

I’m 3 weeks pp and I keep seeing so many vids of moms making sooo much milk. I make about 25-30oz a day. So happy to see someone else make about that same as me 😭

When I was pumping I just pumped some throughout the day and filled my pitcher in the fridge. I mixed temps and times. My baby had no issues. Every baby is different. People are so quick to shame you because everyone thinks they know best. The internet is not a helpful place it’s filled with rude judgmental people.
