@spicy.slurp: Be honest… would you eat this at 2 AM? 👀🍜🌶️ Creamy Cheesy Buldak Carbonara Ramen 🍜🧀🔥 Ingredients 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen 2 slices Baby Swiss cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp chili oil Buldak sauce packet Buldak seasoning packet ¾ cup heavy cream 2 sausages, scored and cooked 4 slices kimbap 2 tbsp chopped green onions Extra chili oil, for topping Instructions Cook the Buldak noodles for about half of the recommended cooking time, then drain and set aside. In a pan over low heat, add the Baby Swiss cheese, minced garlic, ketchup, chili oil, the Buldak sauce packet, and the Buldak seasoning packet. Stir until everything starts to melt and combine. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth and creamy. Add the partially cooked noodles and toss to coat. Let them finish cooking in the sauce for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and creamy. Top with the cooked sausages, kimbap slices, chopped green onions, and a drizzle of chili oil.
