موفق محمد (1948 - 15 مايو 2025) هو شاعر عراقي بارز، عُرف بلقب "شاعر الوجع العراقي"، وكان من أبرز الأصوات الشعرية التي وثقت هموم الفقراء والمهمشين في العراق المولد والنشأة: ولد في مدينة الحلة بمحافظة بابل عام 1948، وعرف أيضاً باسم "موفق أبو خمرة".التعليم والعمل: حصل على بكالوريوس في اللغة العربية والعلوم الإسلامية من كلية الشريعة ببغداد، وعمل مدرساً في مدارس الحلة.المسيرة الشعرية: بدأ الكتابة في الصحف العراقية منذ ستينيات القرن الماضي، وكان جزءاً من جيل الستينيات المجدد ولد موفق محمد عام 1948 في مدينة الحلة بمحافظة بابل، ويعدُّ من أبرز شعراء المحافظة والعراق عمومًا. بدأت رحلته مع الكتابة في الصحف العراقية منذ ستينيات القرن الماضي، وتميّزت قصائده بمزج الألم الوطني بالهمّ الإنساني، ما أكسبه لقب "شاعر الوجع العراقي". برزت أهميته في الشعر العراقي عبر تواصله المستمر بين حاجة المجتمع للأدب من جهة، وبين توثيق هموم الفقراء من جهة أخرى، فكان لسان الشعب والمهمشين وكان عضو في الاتحاد العام للأدباء والكتّاب في العراق الشاعر ، مؤكدًا أن "موفق محمد كان رائدًا من روّاد كتابة الحزن العراقي، وواحدًا من الأصوات التي جسّدت واقع الوطن بكل صدق ومرارة"مثّل الجسر الذي ربط بين حاجة المجتمع للأدب، وبين هموم الفقراء والمهمشين، فكان صوتهم ولسان حالهم في مواجهة القهر والتجاهل" تميّزت تجربة موفق محمد الشعرية بمزاوجة نادرة بين الف�#ابوخمرة #موفق_ابوخمرة #موفق_محمد
