OOT is thematically MUCH darker than Twilight Princess. TP is at it’s core a very heartfelt, emotionally vulnerable rainy day type deal. It has its psychological moments and ganondorf swings big….but thats an echo of what happened in OOT.

I stand by saying they should've released more of the 2D Zeldas before releasing another OOT and Majora remake, and in before anyone says "it's just Ocarina of Time," it's NEVER "just" Ocarina of Time. But yeah, accessibility is one of the BIGGEST problems with Nintendo, and there are so many earlier games we need to revisit; because, nowadays they're impossible for anyone to find or access legally. Meanwhile, the most recent three handhelds have an Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask remake OR easy access to the original. 3DS/2DS, Switch 1, and now Switch 2. I'm probably the only person saying this, but put OOT away for a while and remake something else.
