I have ADHD and it's hard sometimes for me to get through all the fluff in a book. so I'll give the book to AI and have a great week cliff notes or a teaching guide that's designed for ADHD people and I feel like it helps me a lot.

everybody acts like AI such a bad thing. Then we think that because of movies. using AI as a tool not a replacement for humans can actually be good. like for instance I'm not the best writer in the world but I wanted to tell my story so I heard it all down in my own words I asked it to restructure it fix spelling grammar mistakes but didn't allow it to change the concept or the core of the writing so in the right way AI can be a great sign
