@vutomi.v: Lols Yoh I had all my groceries inside my running vest. All gels,salt, electrolytes, Rehidrate, sweets, Vaseline, deep heat spray, wipes, toilet paper, powerbank, phones, sanitary towels. I had no one waiting for me along the route so a girl had to do what a girl gotta do and woman up😅. The vest didn’t even got lighter because I was collecting more things as a pass by the water points 🥵🤣. The good thing is it didn’t irritate me because I am used to running with a vest even if it’s a 10km short run 🙃. So yes, you can do Comrades Marathon without seconders.
