Hey so sleep is actually required and it’s scientifically proven to improve peoples mental state and keep them energized although the sleeping average can depend on The person you see if we don’t get sleep our brains will always keep on working without shutting off while I always does that anyways it can also put you in a very bad mood or just more tired until your body won’t be able to take it anymore and is exhausted sure we could’ve been doing a lot of things during those hours but let’s be real. Sleep helps you focus, organize new information, and store memories from short-term to long-term. The body repairs muscles, balances inflammation, and releases vital growth hormones necessary for tissue repair and immune defense. Quality sleep helps stabilize your mood, manage stress responses, and process emotions properly.
