for me it works like this: 8+ hours = tired even when sleeping for half the day, wake up in full bodily pain, completely non-operational. 5-6 hours = wakes up instantly, not tired, no pain, ready for the day, happy.

as long as your body goes into hyper fixation mode you know that if you go to sleep you're done you're not going to get nothing done that you're supposed to so you just hit that second wind and keep going

i always energize with 6 hrs sleep until a day i need long sleep to cover defecit of each 2 hrs a day .. then i try to have healthy daily sleep like a day 9 to 10 hrs sleep butvend up mind blur tired .... is it adhd only need 6 hrs?
