@pnw_hi_guys_: Rudy has made it home! He is at a WSU affiliated wildlife refuge. These folks said every year the fish and game bring them a handful or two of baby deer that have been separated from their mother for what we reason, and then raise them, and slowly wein them off of human reliance and release them as a group back into the wild. When Rudy was released into the refuge he walked over to some tall grass and laid down. Several adolescent deer walked up to him to say hi. The refuge does not have a social media presence, and it's not a place to come visit and pet deer ECT, all I'll be able to do is visit and take a picture, as Rudy needs to disaccociate from humans, I get it. but I will make updates as I'm allowed. On another note I want to thank everyone for all the kind things said about me, I've never received such an out pouring of love before, thank you. But the real hero here is Rudy. They said he was only 5 days old, and still learning to walk. It was Everything had to just get to me to beg for help, as he collapsed on my feet. It was so heartbreaking and then so inspiring in the end. This has been one of the best moments in my life. Animals bring us humans such undeserving, unconditional love and happiness, id do this again every time for them. Again thank you so much for all the love & support.
