Crockpot French onion dip sandwiches are one of my favorites in our dinner rotation 🤤 my kids love them on the little sweet Hawaiian rolls 😋 If you need crockpot dinner ideas, slow cooker beef recipes, or easy family meals for busy nights, this one is SO good. Tender shredded beef, melty provolone cheese, toasted rolls, and the best dipping broth. My whole family loves these French dip sandwiches! Ingredients: - 2–2.5 lbs beef chuck roast - 1 packet onion soup mix (like Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix) - 1 cup beef broth - 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup (like Campbell’s French Onion Soup) - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 onion, thinly sliced (optional but worth it) - 6–8 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns (Hawaiian rolls for kids if preferred) - Sliced provolone or Swiss cheese Instructions: 1. Place the chuck roast in the crockpot. 2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top. 3. Add beef broth, French onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and sliced onions. 4. Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the beef is super tender. 5. Shred the beef directly in the crockpot and let it soak in the juices for about 10–15 minutes. 6. Toast your rolls if you want them a little crispy. 7. Pile the shredded beef onto the rolls, top with cheese, and broil for 1–2 minutes until melted. 8. Serve with a small bowl of the crockpot juices on the side for dipping (the best part). @Kettle and Fire @Progresso #EasyRecipe #easydinnerideas #crockpotrecipes #weeknightdinner #slowcookerrecipe
