I am a recruiter and my personal preference is "in progress" then add when you expect to complete or in which year you are in etc. The minute I see incomplete. I scroll🤟 but ke this is not uniform guys. There is no 1 size fits all. I say this as someone with 20 years experience in HR and 12 years in HR management... Good luck. Thank you bye😛

so if your N6 is in Progress where by it has to be completed on June/July. you'll say N4= N5= N6= (in progress)

Can I please ask let's say you on pause/hold with your studies currently, but you were doing a 4 year degree in Bachelor of business management, u completed up to 3rd year and left with two modules on your final year. When asked which qualifications do I hold do I select diploma level or choose degree when applying for jobs?
