@olivia.food.blog: Check out this stunning sashimi platter. I am back at my favourite Japanese restaurant in Parramatta to try their winter menu, and it started with their epic sashimi tower. Lobster, abalone, caviar, tuna, salmon, kingfish, toro, oysters, and more, all layered beautifully on ice like a centrepiece. Then we had this kingfish flower plated so delicately and was so fresh and delicious. Followed by their beef tartare with quail egg, which was beautifully balanced. My favourite dish was their selection of tacos. Crisp, colourful, and was super tasty. We finished with a selection of desserts.
