We can’t know why the police are there. They might have gotten a message from the dispatcher gotten from a 911 call. We can’t know if a previous discussion was had, where the police introduced themselves and explained why they are there. At some point asking for a name or ID is not unreasonable. They might have ended up telling him he’s got a nice truck and to have a nice night.

We the people NEED to make a law where they have to explain their actions these false accusations and attempts to ruin citizens lives over no PC or RAZ NEEDS to be criminal because that is what they are. They need to know the law and constitution by heart before they should be allowed to have the badge and or gun!!!

cops are in way too deep with the ID thing, almost seems (at least on here) all of these interactions are so unconstitutional, of course there are rules, the only problem is, is that they don't need to have their ducks in row, because there is no accountability, if there is, they lie and have a language that creates a scenario that fits their narrative, yes violent criminals and blatant violaters need to be dealt with, when they start ticketing and arresting family member, other cops, judges and politicians, only then would think they are semi legit, but they all get a free pass is where the disconnect is!
