the next step is divided homes so you have 2 completely separate homes that have to buy everything twice and have everything taxed twice.

My wife homeschools our kids. I work and take care of all the bills and food shopping. We get by on 93k a year. It’s sometimes rough, but we get through it together. Have the most peaceful home life and kids are so well behaved and inquisitive. We tried public school for a year and a half and it was awful.

this also is due to the 19th amendment. prior to it with only.men working wages had to be high enough to support a family on one income. after the amendment they were able to slowly cut down how much they pay people bc the labor force doubled making it harder to live on a single income

This is why I’m thinking about not having kids… I don’t think I can lose my whimsy… I sensor myself at work all the time… I can’t sensor myself at home… I’ll mentally lose it.

Dying on the inside and struggling to do anything… but I am determined to be a single mother and still homeschool my child… i refuse to live with someone who makes life more difficult and I refuse to let someone else “babysit” my child. It’s my child, not the world/government’s. Also I get to fully control what my child learns. No regrets.
