it's definitely better for you than coming from a box.. but the cheese sauce needs either more cheese or less liquid to be thicker. it was kind of soupy. I personally don't mind taking an extra 15 minutes to make a butter flour roux. I'd give this recipe a shot though, and finish it in the oven for sure!
