![MALAI KULFI RECIPE: Milk: 1 litre Cardamom pods: 2 Milk powder: 5 tablespoons (1/2 cup) Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup milk Sugar: 3/4 cup Chopped nuts : 2 tablespoons Fresh cream: 1 cup ( 250ml) Bread slice: 1 INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Take 1 litre milk . Add cardamom pods and milk powder and let ut boil. 2. Once boiled , add cornstarch slurry and cook for 2-3 minutes . 3. Now caramelise sugar in another pan and add the sugar to the milk mixture and cook again for 5-7 minutes . 4. Let the mixture cool down. Add the cooled mixture to the blender and add chopped nuts, fresh cream and one bread slice. Blend well and tranfer to the icecream moulds or paper cups. 5.
