This explanation shows “down” but the reality is it’s multidimensional.The “gravity well” analogy is 2D. The reality is 4D. Gμν=8πTμν is the formula for how mass curves spacetime in all directions; not just downward.

The CGI is not completely accurate. In space-time there is no room for any 'net like' hanging rather than it is in a compact and jam-packed state because there wasn't any concept of sapce before the big bang. So in this video it shows that a net is holding some balls in it with vacuum spaces around it which is not correct.
