I would suggest my daughter consider a prenup to safeguard her future and the assets her father and I have accumulated, which she will inherit someday. Everything we have is the result of hard work. She should value and protect what’s hers.

Prenup really helps for easy settlement in the future. — For legal purposes, it saves the couple for all the hassle. If may prenup hindi naman ibig sabihin hindi na mahal, pwede naman nila ilagay doon ano yung conditions nila currently and for the future. Money should be discussed in the household, kasi what if sa simula pa lang di na okay pag usapan ang pera. what more pa sa married life?

this is just for me. Pag may prenup kasi parang nagiging partnership yung relationship instead of marriage. Nagiging Ang sayu ay sayu ang akin ay akin. taliwas doon sa sinumpaan during the wedding na in goodness and in health for poorer and richer. Para na lang kayung mag business partner na bounded by contract.

i suggest to everyone na magbasa ng marriage contract para magets niyo ang context ng prenup. but to give y'all a gist- marriage contract is a business contract: all about properties, etc. love... ain't written there.

if ang couple ay magkasama while they were just starting ,like a business, properties etc, Yun bang they work hard together to get it, yan okay yan, but if established na kayo pareho,and maraming kayong properties, businesses separately, and even before knowing each other ,den go for the agreement.

Feeling ko kasi mostly hindi uso ang prenup lalo na if naging couple while starting to establish/acquire properties. Ngayon kasi, meron ka nang established properties before having relationship. It's just a protection for a partner if anything goes wrong. If you love your partner, there's nothing wrong with that, like insurance yan ng partner mo, papabor ka pa dapat, lalo na if you believe na hindi naman kayo aabot sa punto na yon.
