I have this from work. I highly recommend you keep treating it with dry needling, I get it done by an osteopath. You can also do wrist stretching and strengthening to help too.

Oh gal I feel for you 😭 I had this and the repeated cysts and ended up needing surgery! Hopefully you don’t get to that point and the injection helps 🤞🏼🤍

Hey lovely! I have had 6 injections in total, 3 in each wrist. Had my first lot when I was 18 and then after my first bub, I’m now 9 months pp after my second and noticed it started to flare a bit when she was first born. I then noticed it was worse on the days I wore my Apple Watch … no issues since I stopped wearing it 😳 I think the added constriction was exacerbating it! This probs sounds stalkerish lol but I noticed in some videos you wear one so I just wanted to give a heads up 🫶🏼

would love to hear your journey 🥰 i had it also but unfortunately the cortisone did not work for me. I ended up getting surgery, best decision! from excruciating pain to nothing at all in a week! 🙏

I have 11 month old twins and I have this it’s so painful I was told by my doctor to use ibuprofen gel and not pick my twins up… like that’s possible!!!

I had exactly the same in both mine from doing the same thing over and over at work , the pain is aweful . I needed surgery to fix mine .
