Working in sales, the main reason for that is para makapag-build ng connection with the potential buyer. Surely, di nila iyan mabe-bentahan 'pag sinabi na ang price on the spot. Siyempre, need muna i-gain ang trust ng client, present the value of the item/service and reveal the price. Kapag na-reject, medyo easy na i-handle ang objection kasi may connection na with the client and possibly lead to closing the sales.
