That’s called Fluid retention it’s when your fluid has no where to go when you intake too much sodium, potassium, phosphorus. Mainly Sodium and Potassium since Damage to Kidney’s may lead to problems. I’ve been diagnosed with this and had this problem I take Water Diuretics to help flush out unneeded fluid in my body. 😐 Tumeric has a mild effect but it isn’t considered a diuretic.
