for everyone wondering, battle beasts curse literally CURSES him to be stronger as time goes on, so no hes not as strong here as he was when he fought thragg because he quite literally just wasn't as powerful yet hence the "conquest upscale" when really battle beast just isnt at peak yet this whole prequel comic takes place after battle beasts initial encounter with Mark and the new guardians in season 1

this was abt a couple hundred years b4 the start of the story and battle beast gets stronger with time so conquest wasnt buffed battle beast was js nurfed at least i think bc battle beast gets stronger with age bc of the curse he has
