How can i recover from that kind of procrastination in a way that I try to convince all my friends not to study so I can stay confident and not guilty about not studying and keep up the same with them.Sometimes,I thought Ive convinced them well and them after all,the one left behind was just me and my task.I feel genuinely evil acting and feeling like that.I spend more time studying and act like studying just not to feel guilty about working on nothing specific.
