Not dry, not soupy,just perfectly saucy and satisfying. 🍜250g noodles 🍜1–1½ tbsp oil (for tossing) 🥕 Veggies 🍜 1 large onion, sliced 🍜 1 medium carrot, julienned 🍜 1 capsicum 🍜 2–3 spring onions 🍜 3 cloves garlic, minced 🍶 Sauce 🍜4 tbsp soy sauce 🍜 2½ tbsp ketchup 🍜 1–1½ tbsp chili sauce 🍜 1 tbsp oyster sauce 🍜 1 tsp sugar 🍜 1 to 1¼ cup water or veg stock 🍜Black pepper to taste 👩‍🍳 Method 1. Cook noodles, rinse, toss with oil. 2. High heat wok .Add garlic + onion first. 3. Add veggies, stir-fry 2–3 min . 4. Mix sauce ingredients separately, pour in. 5.
