You can make these by hand or use a dumpling maker to speed things up - perfect for batch cooking. Make a batch, then cook from frozen in minutes! We love to serve with an Asian style slaw that we regularly have prepped in the fridge and a spicy dipping sauce. Macros per dumpling Calories 34 Protein 1.7 Fat 0.8g Carbs 4.6g To make 30 mushroom dumplings 100g white mushrooms 50g chestnut mushrooms 150g 5% beef mince 1 carrot grated 4 spring onions finely chopped 10g fresh parsley finely chopped 10g fresh coriander finely chopped salt 1tsp black pepper 1tsp chilli flakes 1tsp rice wine vinegar 1tsp sesame oil 1tsp soy sauce 1tsp garlic paste 1cm fresh ginger grated 30 dumpling wrappers Store airtight in the freezer for months then when you're ready to cook, add 1 tbsp of olive to a pan, pan fry for a few minutes over a medium high heat, add a splash of water, turn to a low heat to steam the dumplings and cover with a pan lid for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. #EnjoyItsFromEurope #MakeItAMushroomMomement #mushroomdumplings #EasyRecipes
