Most of my life I didn’t have a food noise problem. I literally did not care about food. After my late husband died I ate and drank my feelings for a few years. Gained a lot of weight. Now trying to lose weight… fighting eating my feelings is hard and the food noise is real. And it’s non stop. Working on it. But man it’s hard.

i have a metabolism issue. when i eat more meals (low calorie, small but often, 5 meals a day with snacks) i lose more weight. but my busy work life stops me eating all day. i have one big meal at dinner time and gained weight. I know what to do, but I need to definitely find time to eat and be consistent with it

I didn't realize into i hit 1 year of a calorie deficit, and then I dove deep into what really is the problem and got a trainer/nutrionist and it's been sooo helpful.

I was always just naturally crazy thin growing up. I ate a ton, whatever I wanted. I didn't hit 100 lbs until I was 21! I did not start gaining weight until I was mid thirties. I just turned 40, it has been a struggle to be consistent because I never had to worry about what I was eating or having good habits before. 😔
