Wait a minute! Anyone else thinking this too? On admission day, there's a list of items to bring to school and they check them out. What if we made a law requiring all students to have these small extinguishers in that list.. Then make a mandatory fire drill occasionally. If a dormitory has 50 or more of these, that a good number to contain the fire and get to safety. I think we could prevent some if not many fatalities in case of a fire.
