@thinthin4428: Ingredients 500g pork belly, cut into cubes 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 tbsp sugar 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp ginger, sliced 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 cup water 2 bay leaves (optional) 1 tsp black pepper Instructions Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sugar and cook until it turns light brown. Add pork belly and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add garlic and ginger, then cook until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Pour in water and add bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes until the pork is tender.
