@linementim: Completing a sealed end on a 240mm2 22kv HV cable. We installed the cable and before engergising the cable needs to be temporary berried while the internal section passes a auidit process by the network. The cover around the cores is a semi conductive layer, if that’s close to the end and not stripped back it will fail the megga test
