Go somewhere by yourself for a couple hours—coffee shop, park, or a drive—and let your mind settle without input. 3. Write down three things you’ve made it through—and actually give yourself credit. 4. Describe, in one sentence, the kind of person you feel yourself becoming. 5. Bring back a dream you stopped thinking about—and ask if it still matters. 6. Text yourself something you need to hear—and read it tomorrow. 7. Go back to something you loved as a kid and notice what still feels like you. 8. Write down something you want—and pay attention to where the doubt shows up. 9. Look at a photo from a hard time and recognize what you carried through it. 10. Take a long walk without your phone and let your thoughts come and go on their own. 11. Write down a boundary you kept and remind yourself why it mattered. 12. Do one thing today you’ve been putting off—even if it’s small. 13. Clear one small area around you and notice how your mind responds. 14. Let go of one thing that drains you—no explanation needed. 15. Change one part of your morning so it feels more like yours. 16. Move one thing in your space that doesn’t feel right anymore and replace it with something that does. 17. Go somewhere new—even if it’s nearby—and sit there for a while. 18. Finish something you’ve been avoiding and notice what shifts. 19. Go back to something that once made you feel strong and reconnect with it. 20. Write down one thing you know isn’t working anymore. 21. Wear something that makes you feel like yourself again. 22. Make a meal you enjoy and stay present while you do it. 23. Spend an hour without any noise—no music, no podcasts—and notice what comes up. 24. Revisit something you dropped and see if it still fits. 25. Write what matters to you right now—without editing it. 26. Write to the version of you that kept going, even when it was hard. 27. Write down the thought that’s been bothering you most and look at it clearly. 28. Reschedule or cancel one thing this week that you know you don’t want to do. 29. Let go of one expectation that was never really yours. 30.
