2 c uncooked rice, washed 1 T soy sauce 2 t Maggi oyster sauce 1 t Maggi Savor liquid seasoning 1 t Worcestershire sauce ½ T sugar black pepper, to taste 2 ½ c water 300g thinly sliced short plate (beef belly) 1 c canned mushrooms, drained & sliced 3 T unsalted butter crunchy garlic, for serving
