Bake your potatoes: Wash and dry, stab a few holes in each potato, drizzle with olive oil and salt, wrap in foil. Bake for an hour at 400 degrees. 2. Slice baked potatoes in half and open. Add a pat of butter, salt, and smash. 3. Spoon bbq pulled pork onto each potato. (I use the microwave Jack Daniel’s one!) 4.
