He's also wanted for FELONY DOMESTIC ASSAULT in sanctuary state Minnesota after they released him pending trial. Big surprise — he didn't stick around. The fugitive initially answered the door for Fugitive Operations officers before slamming it closed and retreating. Our Dallas' Special Response Team insisted and took him into custody. With a 2009 final removalorder, multiple prior removals and laundry list of previous U.S. arrests, he now faces felony illegal reentry charges before his next and final deportation, thanks to President Donald J.
