All depends on the industry you want to work in I can’t see many funeral directors taking people on with face tattoos but most people aren’t that bothered by them anymore

Nope never lol I have had my hand done in 2010, my other hand in 2020 and my throat in 2021 never had an issue but I am 20+ years into my career field

i have a small face tattoo and then im literally covered....I work in a nursing home and deal with professionals daily its not a problem as there not offensive 🙃

I think it’s outdated, although I do get that there are some jobs where visible tattoos might not be suitable. I personally have both hands done and getting my neck done in 2 weeks. I’m a HGV driver so I think it’s the opposite to a job stopper.

It’s more socially acceptable these days I think it’s a thing of the past … it wasn’t 20+ years back when I started getting them

alot of the shops I went go set a minimum amount of hours before they'll do something that couldnt be covered, I guess its not a thing anymore

I feel like this whole stigma is slowly dying out however I reckon it’s sort of subjective to the company you’re working for if I’m being completely honest. Me personally, I’m just a houseful if I can get a tattoo as I want to in reality 😂 not the case for others tho
