This video brought tears to my eyes because I’m remembering how hurt I was that my teen daughter was going to have a baby. It was so hard. She struggled emotionally too and I was just broken. When the day came I was there and felt helpless because she was in so much pain. Now my granddaughter is 10 months old and we love each other to pieces. I put her to bed most days but my daughter is doing great she’s just still very immature with other things. Always wants to be outside driving somewhere and doing something. I’ve had to step in many days and I will continue to step in and help. I just pray my daughter matures a little quicker ❤️

I am soooo hurt & angry inside I’ve cried and cried although I’m still trying to accept the situation i just can’t help feeling like I’ve failed her 😔 I’ve been praying extra hard I’m learning that all I can do now is continue to Guide her. i had my first daughter at 16 and a half. I actually planned her 🤦♀️my family wasnt very happy but I told them all, whats done is done and theres nothing thats going to change it so now all they can do is be happy that a new baby was coming into the family and make it a smooth process because just being negative about it was going to makenit a horrible experience and the baby didnt have a choice in this so deserves to be loved and people to be excited about her. Shes now 27 and I wouldnt go back and change anything. She saved me and gave me a life that wouldnt have been anywhere as good as its been with her in it 💚

going through this now, my daughter just had her first dr appt a couple weeks ago. I finally got the confirmation she is growing a life inside of her and im so disappointed in myself for not taking the steps to prevent it. I remember when I told my mom I was pregnant at 18 and she was disappointed in me. ive been trying so hard to not show her how I really feel bc that's all I remember when I look back on it.

I was a teen parent I remember my mom going to church crying to the priest thinking he would scold me or idk what she thought all he said to her was “Hey I know you might be disappointed but don’t be sad you’re Daughter having a baby is not the worst thing that could happen to her is it going to be easy? No! But she will be okay with guidance and help! There’s parents who’s children are dying right now due to sickness or unfair circumstances but your your child is alive and healthy and bringing you a new life! My mom loves my daughter she’s now 15yrs old I learned my lesson with my mom’s guidance enough I didn’t have anymore children until now that im 30 with a 3 month old my mom and I had our ups and downs but I thank her for not leaving me alone idk where I would be without her!

I felt this same feeling when my daughter got pregnant. I regret it so bad because I always envisioned her pregnancy would make our bond that much stronger. But my heart was just hurt because I knew what was going to happen and I didn’t want that life for her. 🙏🙏🙏

Had my daughter when I was 13. Im now 28 my daughter is about to be 15 . The beginning was crazy hard but I wouldn’t change my life for amything. all I can say is it will get better. Today might seem hard but tomorrow’s a new day. My mom has been my rock. Cant imagine how I made my mom felt though in the moment when she found out I was pregnant at 13😭how much late night crying she must’ve been doin, ugh! . This video made me think about my mom’s perspective and now I am in tears! Love my mom so much! Without her me or my daughter wouldnt be here 🙏 through thick or thin.

dear momma's as a teen who was pregnant at 18 , respect because it isnt easy at all because as a mom you have to go through alot too when your tee is pregnant ..I love my mom that she did everythong she could to help and support me off course she was mad and dissapointed and frustrated but She had God helping her through ..now im turning 37 tommorow and my baby is turning 18 in august ...my prayers and blessings for all the strong mommas out there !God is there with you all the way 💯💯

We be so sad and heartbroken because we know what parenting is. When kids get to certain age we can not be held responsible for their decisions. I was pissed when I found out my daughter was pregnant at 16 even tho I had her at 16 . I wanted so much more for her, I wanted her to be better than me, I didn’t want her to go thru what I went thru. I wanted her to live life to the fullest. When I saw her stomach growing and her my granddaughter heart beat my heart changed, I was ready to meet my grand daughter. I loved the baby she was caring enough for the both of us! Now I’m thankful for my grand daughter who’s 8yrs old. I helped her as much as I could so she could finish school. I pushed her with everything in me and now she in college and a great mom! You did your best don’t blame yourself everything will work out! ❤️❤️

Been there momma with son. He got his gf pregnant when he was 14, she had just turned 14. I can’t even explain the hurt I felt from feeling like I failed him as a mom. I cried for I know a good month. At their first appointment I heard my sweet stinks heart beat and cried. Idk if it was with excitement or sadness bc they were so young. However a year later and half later they are the best parents to my sweet grandson. It’s for sure hard at first. But it is such a beautiful blessing at the end of it all. 🥰
