As someone na galing sa travel account, I can definitely say na mahirap ang Telco pero manageable sya matutunan, ang nag papahirap sa telco ay sales at yung standard. Failed trainee ako jan e. Hahahahaha!

Khit nga non csa controllable need pa din I compensate 1 no for 16 yes. Madali ang process how about cx attitude. Unrealistic metrics. Dont explain the process kaya yan ng agent. Explain it when you have experience.. I dare you to speak with the cx for 8 hours only. Let me know if ganyan nga kadali sa telco
