Ingredients: **Dough** • 3¼ cups (400 g) all-purpose flour • 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar • 1 tsp salt • ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk • ¼ cup (60 g) melted butter • 1 egg **Filling** • ⅓ cup (75 g) softened butter • ¾ cup (150 g) brown sugar • 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon **Cream Cheese Frosting** • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened • 2 tbsp butter, softened • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar • 1–2 tbsp milk Instructions: 1. Mix dough ingredients and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. 2. Let rise in a covered bowl until doubled, about 1 hour. 3. Roll into a rectangle about 12 × 16 inches (30 × 40 cm). 4. Spread butter over the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. 5. Roll up tightly and cut into 12 slices. 6. Arrange in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30–45 minutes. 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden. 8. Mix frosting ingredients and spread over warm rolls. This recipe makes about 12 soft, gooey cinnamon rolls.
